About EZDose

Clogged condensate drain lines account for up to 90% of water-related AC service calls, according to HVAC industry data; and most of them are preventable. The system installs in minutes and requires no power, batteries, wiring, app or motor to malfunction or troubleshoot; just a simple product that does the job right.

Once installed, technicians fill the 32 oz. magnetic reservoir with Viper Pan & Drain Treatment, a non-corrosive, biodegradable gel formulated with detergents, enzymes and silicone. The enzymes break down existing buildup, while the silicone coats the pan, p-trap and drain piping to improve flow and prevent future growth from adhering. Maintenance is straightforward: 8 oz. every three months for standard upkeep, or 4 oz monthly for problem drain lines. The reservoir mounts directly to the unit via built-in magnets or to a nearby surface using included drywall anchors.
